It has been absolutely wonderful releasing our first digital magazine, The Journal, to you, Dear Reader. We have been filled with joy hearing your thoughts on the contents and even seeing some of you bake up the recipes. What fun that is!
In case you are in the dark, in early September we dropped a little digital magazine that we are calling the Under A Tin Roof Journal. It is a quarterly, seasonal magazine that will release with the changing of the seasons each year. This month we shared our Fall 2023 Edition, which features some wonderfully cozy autumn ideas for cooking, baking, crafting, and more.

I wanted to highlight one of the recipes featured inside of The Journal, the Chicken, Mushroom, and Brown Rice Soup. This soup is wonderfully cozy and the perfect autumn afternoon lunch! I don’t know about you, but I love a good and hearty chicken soup. This one is perfectly flavored with fresh herbs, brown mushrooms, and deliciously healthy brown rice. It’s perfect as a fall and winter soup!
This hearty soup combines tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and wholesome brown rice in a flavorful broth. Learn how to create this nourishing and satisfying soup that's perfect for chilly days or when you need a comforting bowl of goodness. Elevate your soup-making skills and enjoy a wholesome meal that's both delicious and filling.
Are you ready to dive in? This recipe can be found inside of The Journal. Simply order your copy in our online store, and it will be delivered to your inbox and ready to enjoy! How fun is that?
